Trybeo was a startup that I co-founded in 2017. The idea was to build a mobile app that helps empowering people to be more active through competition. I was the CTO and co-founder of the company, and I was responsible for the technical strategy and execution of the product.
My responsibilities included:

- — Designed and developed the end-to-end technical architecture for the product (infrastructure, backend, database, web client, and hybrid mobile clients using React Native)
- — Took the product to market and reached over 9000 users in a few months
- — Resolved scalability issues by reworking the entire stack to a serverless model
- — Represented the company in the local startup ecosystem and to local investors
The project is built with React, React Native, TypeScript and MobX. It’s hosted on Firebase and Google Cloud, and deployed using Azure DevOps.
