I advise a small number of early-stage startups, usually at the stage where the decisions are cheap to make and expensive to unwind.

- Technical strategy: what to build, what to buy, and what to deliberately not do yet.
- Architecture: picking foundations a small team can move fast on without painting themselves into a corner.
- Team & hiring: the first engineering hires, and the culture and practices that outlast them.
- Fundraising support: translating the technical story for investors and diligence.
How I work with founders
Lightweight and direct: a regular cadence, honest feedback, and a bias toward unblocking the next decision rather than producing decks. The goal is always to make the founder more capable, not more dependent on me.
